December 2024 marks a new chapter for Spacecon Specialty Contractors with the opening of our Prefabrication and Training Facility. This space reinforces Spacecon’s ongoing commitment to developing our craft professionals and advancing our capabilities. With the addition of the Grabber PanelMax saw, we now have the ability to fabricate high-quality drywall components offsite.
These ready-to-install assemblies improve efficiency by reducing onsite labor, minimizing finishing work, and significantly decreasing jobsite waste. This facility will also support the production of precision precut steel stud “kits.” These kits are designed to streamline installation, reduce material waste, and limit errors in the field—ultimately improving overall project performance.
The opportunities for prefabrication are virtually endless, allowing Spacecon to continually expand efficiency, quality, and innovation across our work.
