Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences

The historic theatre district in lower downtown (LODO) Denver, Colorado is the new home of the urban, chic designed Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences. This radiant, 45-story landmark includes a 3-story Podium, 102 private residences, and 239 hotel suites. The building stands at 552 feet above street level and is the fourth-tallest building in Denver, and the tallest cast-in-place concrete building in Colorado. Spacecon worked with Swinerton Builders, the general contractor for the project, on the design assist and budgeting process. Due to our successful track record with Swinerton, our intimate knowledge of the project, and our ability to perform on difficult and high visibility projects, Spacecon was contracted on to provide metal stud framing, sheathing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, insulation, fire stop systems, and plaster.
